Spot reduction for hips, thighs, butt and belly?

Today’s Tip:  Know that there is no spot reduction. Many people lift weights specifically for the spot where they want to reduce fat. For example, some women usually work on their triceps (back of arm) and do countless reps of countless sets. This is called spot reduction. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as spot reduction.
