<h3>Beloved Osho,<br />
Why is it that we are never quite satisfied with who we are, and what existence has given us? We are always looking for something better to do, looking for someone else to be, always wanting what the other one has more than what we have been given. Like the saying goes, &#8220;The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.&#8221;<br />
Why is this?</h3>
<p>It is because you have been distracted. You have been directed where nature has not meant you to be. You are not moving towards your own potential. What others wanted you to be, you are trying to be, but it cannot be satisfying. When it is not satisfying, the logic says, &#8220;Perhaps it is not enough &#8211; have more of it.&#8221; Then you go after more; then you start looking around. And everybody is coming out with a mask which is smiling, happy looking, so everybody is deceiving everybody else. You also come with a mask, so others think you are happier. You think others are happier.</p>
<p>The grass looks greener on the other side of the fence &#8211; but from both sides. The people who are living on the other side of the fence, they see your grass and it looks greener. It really looks greener, thicker, better. That is the illusion that distance creates. When you come close, then you start seeing that it is not so. But people keep each other at a distance. Even friends, even lovers keep each other at a distance; too much closeness will be dangerous, they may see your reality.</p>
<p>And you have been misguided from the very beginning, so whatever you do you will remain miserable. Nature has no idea of money, otherwise dollars would have been growing on the trees. Nature has no idea of money; money is a pure invention of man &#8211; useful, but dangerous too. You see somebody with much money, and you think perhaps money brings joy: look at that person, how joyous he seems to be, so run after money. Somebody is healthier &#8211; run after health. Somebody is doing something else and looks very contented &#8211; follow him.</p>
<p>But it is always the others, and the society has managed so that you will never think about your own potential. And the whole misery is that you are not being yourself. Just be yourself, and then there is no misery and no competition and no botheration that others have more, that you don&#8217;t have more.</p>
<p>And if you like the grass to be greener there is no need to look at the other side of the fence; you can make the grass greener on your side of the fence. It is such a simple thing to make the grass greener. But you are just looking everywhere else, and all the lawns are looking so beautiful &#8211; except yours.</p>
<p>Man has to be rooted in his own potential, whatever it is, and nobody should give him directions, guidance. They should help him, wherever he is going, whatever he is becoming. And the world will be so contented that you cannot believe it.</p>

<p>Digestion has four processes:</p>
<ol>
<li><span style="line-height: 13px;">Digest or breakdown the food. Chewing, chew, chew. There us a Taoist saying that goes, &#8221;Drink your food and eat your drink.&#8221;  This means you chew your until it is liquified that you can drink it. Remember the first definition of digest? To breakdown! So start digestion in the mouth. As for eating your drink, this means you let the water or other healthy liquids mix with your saliva. Saliva is a natural digestive enzyme. This is why you want to mix it with the food and drinks that you swallow.</span></li>
<li>Metabolize and use it as energy. High quality food equals high energy. Don&#8217;t you feel shitty when you eat shitty food? Think of yourself as a machine. If you were a high performance car, you need the best, cleanest and purest fuel to run optimally. Why wouldn&#8217;t you do the same for your body? This is your one and only true vehicle anyway. No trade ins!</li>
<li>Assimilate it into your body. Food is the building blocks to your body. If you eat low quality food, you could be that person full of injuries that takes longer than usual to recover. Would you buy low quality repair parts for your most priced possessions?</li>
<li>Eliminate the fibers or any undigestable, unnatural food you may have eaten. You know when you eat well, your bowel is doesn&#8217;t smell offensive. And you know when you eat shitty, you&#8230;.. do I have to explain any further? We&#8217;ve all experienced that in the bathroom!</li>

<blockquote><p>Medical research by Irving et al. in 2008 (Medicine and Science in Sports and Exercises 40(11): 1863-72) shows that, when the same number of calories is burned, the intensity of the exercise has a strong effect on localizing fat loss in the abdominal area. For example, over a period of 16 weeks, overweight women exercised five times per week without following a low-calorie diet. Part of the group did their exercise with high intensity while the others trained with low intensity.</p>
<p>Even though the two types of exercise burned the same number of calorie (400), fat loss was twice as great when the exercise was done at high intensity (6 pounds) than when it was done at low intensity (3 pounds). Only high-intensity training resulted in an 8.5 percent loss of belly fat. No reduction was noted for low-intensity exercise. High-intensity exercise is superior because of its deferred metabolic effects: Long after you stop exercising, your body will still burn calories. Strength training with the highest intensity possible is the perfect way to get rid of your love handles.</p></blockquote>

<p>Scientific research has shown that during an endurance activity, the muscles used for breathing, especially the diaphragm, get tired. As with other muscles., this fatigue decreases performance. Diaphragm exercises also profoundly improve endurance. Athletes who have trained in this manner also have bigger diaphragms than sedentary people. Breathing exercises will help alleviate shortness of breath during prolonged athletic effort.</p>
