I have attached the Self Journal in this email. I hope you like it. I personally use it everyday because it gives me a sense of control.

I get to see the day, week, month ahead and what needs to be done to achieve my goals. Not only that but I get to see what I've done in the past, learn from my failures, and improve on my successes.

There's a saying I love, "If you don't plan it, you don't do it." Journaling really adds another layer of learning and growing and I hope you get to use this to its fullest potential.
